Need to monitor network traffic? Microsoft has the solution for you with Network Monitor 3.1:

Brief Description
Network Protocol Analyzer
Tool to allow capturing and protocol analysis of network traffic.

It even comes in a 64 bit version and is compatible with Windows Vista!

If you are looking to just troubleshoot your web traffic to see just what is being sent, then you might want to look at Fiddler:

This is a great tool to track down website and webservice traffic along with Ajax postbacks.
