There a number of people who do not wish or cannot consume alcohol. While this may be a small market in the world of wines, there area several companies producing inexpensive non-alcoholic wines:

The end result is up to the taster.
I have also find a post where a person was expecting to cook with the non-alcoholic versions and some of them did not give the results they had hoped.
