To clean clothing or most fabrics (like mattresses or chairs) use one or two applications of Hydrogen Peroxide.  To use, poor a small amount on the stain and little it foam a bit.  Then clean off the foam and try again if needed.

You might want to test the peroxide in a hidden area first to make sure it will not discolor the material.  Should not, but you want to be safe.
