We have the Intex 15' above ground pool. They say that you need to put plugs in the lines and then bleed out the water in the pump before changing the filter. Being a lazy person this is too much effort! I just hold the pump up above the water level and then change the filter. I perform this task myself but some may someone to help them hold the pump.
